Peter Sams

Peter Sams hails from Seattle, plays six-string bass and brings upright bass sensibility to his lines. Studying jazz performance at Central Washington University, he developed his unique sound and became in high demand in Eastern Washington groups. He and his wife, Lissa, founded Jet City Blues, and developed a loyal following in Eastern Washington and, later, in Kansas. Peter is also known for his skills as both a live and studio engineer, and founded SamsStudios: a live sound reinforcement company and recording studio.
